Now that the grape harvest is over, it's time for the olive harvest! Arden, Phil's wife, has been making olive oil in Sonoma for many years. She's also involved with several local olive oil tasting panels and in 2005 she went to Italy to take part in a tasting course to become an olive oil taste panel leader.
