Learn more about Tony's Texas wine project, La Cruz de Comal. Cory Cartwright visited La Cruz de Comal recently to taste the wine and learn all about winemaking in Texas from Lewis Dickson, the winery's owner. Cory, who works for the Terroir Natural Wine Merchant in San Francisco, keeps a blog called Saignée where he writes about his experiences with wine-tasting.
